Powered by the excavator’s hydraulic system, this pile driver delivers high-frequency vibration for fast and efficient piling, enabling more piles to be driven in shorter timeframes with easy installation. The hydraulic vibrating pile driver leverages high-frequency vibration generated by a hydraulic motor, transmitting this vibration force to the pile body. This vibration liquefies and breaks down the structure of the surrounding soil, significantly reducing friction between the pile and the soil. The excavator then applies downward force to drive the pile into the ground, or upward force to extract it during pile-pulling operations.
The hydraulic motor drives two eccentric shafts to rotate at high speed in opposite directions. The horizontal forces produced by the eccentric shafts cancel each other out, eliminating horizontal vibration, while the vertical forces superimpose to generate strong, consistent vertical-frequency vibration—ensuring stable and efficient piling performance.
