The hydraulic vibratory pile driver leverages high-frequency vibration (3300rpm for PCF-330) generated by a hydraulic motor, transmitting this vibration force to the pile body. This vibration breaks down the structure of hard soil, liquefies the surrounding soil layer, and significantly reduces frictional resistance between the pile and soil. The excavator then applies downward force, combined with the weight of the hammer (2850kg) and pile body, to drive the pile 12 meters deep into hard soil.
