The SV‑200 is a specialised side‑grip vibratory pile driver designed to transform your standard 20‑25 ton excavator into a highly versatile piling rig. Unlike conventional vibratory hammers that require ample vertical clearance, the SV‑200 is engineered specifically for low‑clearance and narrow‑space environments such as factory floors, bridge undersides, indoor basements, and urban trench works. It combines two independent clamping systems, full rotational freedom, and bidirectional tilting to deliver unmatched flexibility in pile driving and extraction.

The SV‑200 is equipped with a robust full slewing mechanism assembly that provides continuous 360‑degree rotation. This allows the operator to orient the pile in any direction without repositioning the excavator, which is critical when working along walls, inside pits, or on congested job sites where manoeuvring space is limited.
Complementing the rotation is the bidirectional tilt driving head, which offers ±30 degrees of side‑tilt capability. This feature enables the driver to correct pile verticality or follow inclined guide rails, ensuring accurate alignment even when the excavator is parked on uneven ground. The combination of full slewing and bidirectional tilt makes the SV‑200 exceptionally adaptable for retaining walls, sheet‑piling along slopes, and curved alignment projects.
Productivity on diverse job sites often depends on how fast you can switch between different pile profiles. The SV‑200 features a quick tool change system that allows the operator to swap clamp seats rapidly. The standardised interface accepts interchangeable jaw inserts for steel sheet piles (U‑type, Z‑type), H‑beams, and circular pipe piles. This means you can move from driving sheet piles in the morning to extracting pipe piles in the afternoon with minimal downtime – no special tools or lengthy re‑fitting required.

The hydraulic motor is powered directly by the excavator’s auxiliary circuit (flow requirement 170‑230 L/min at 32 MPa), eliminating the need for an external power pack and reducing fuel consumption.
The two‑clamp system – side clamp (335 kN clamping force) and bottom clamp (385 kN) – provides secure grip throughout the cycle. The bottom clamp is particularly useful for extracting piles, as it holds the pile firmly during upward pulling, while the side clamp ensures stable guidance during driving. This dual‑clamp arrangement also allows the operator to release the side clamp when rotating the pile, minimising stress on the excavator boom.
