The hydraulic vibro hammer pile driver utilizes high-frequency vibration generated by the excavator’s hydraulic motor. The motor drives two eccentric shafts to rotate at high speed in opposite directions: horizontal forces cancel each other out to eliminate lateral vibration, while vertical forces superimpose to produce strong vertical-frequency vibration. This vibration is transmitted to the pile, liquefying the surrounding soil and breaking its structure to reduce friction, allowing the excavator to smoothly drive or drill the pile into the ground.
