In recent years, with the rapid development of the market application of steel plate pile, the application of large steel plate pile, steel protective cylinder and PC mixed pile is becoming more and more widespread. The upgrading of pile driving machine is also accelerating, and the pile driving hammer is developing in the direction of specialization and large scale. FV400 is our latest upgradation for hard ground condition where higher SPT N value, so do pile piling works on those tough ground condition FV400 earn the customer demands.

- According to the placement direction of sheet pile and site conditions, the sheet pile can be clamped or lowered by positive and negative rotation of 180°. The vibration frequency can be adjusted by two levels, and the two-level double pumps are combined to greatly increase the excitation force.
- Hydraulic motor has small volume and light weight, but it can output high power and high speed.
- Vibration frequency can be adjusted by variable pump. It can be used in excavator operation of any brand, and can meet different work requirements only after changing chucks.
Working Principle
Hydraulic vibrating pile driver take the advantage of high frequency vibration generated by motor and transit the vibration force to the hydraulic vibrating pile driver for the surrounding soil liquefying & break its structure to reduce the friction; then piling or drilling the pile form the soil ground via excavator. The high frequency vibration is driven by the hydraulic motor of the excavator.
The hydraulic motor drives the two eccentric axes to rotate at high speed in opposite direction. The horizontal force of the eccentric axis cancels each other without vibration. The vertical forces add up to each other, creating a vertical-frequency vibration.
