Shanghai Yekun Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. and its brand VIBRA appeared at the Moscow CTT2025 Exhibition. The main promotional products of this exhibition were side grip pile driver, hydraulic pile driver hammers and the newly hydraulic impact hammers and hydraulic vibration hammers.
The hydraulic pile driver models participating in the exhibition are: 360-degree series FV-280R, four-eccentric series FV-600 and side clamp series SV-400; these series are the company's perennially popular "star products", each with its own advantages in the process of pile driving and extraction construction.

The side clamp series is specially developed and designed for construction environments such as low clearance and narrow spaces. The design adopts a multi-function handle and full hydraulic flexible control, which can rotate 360° and tilt 30° left and right to clamp the pile; the double-side clamp oil cylinder is driven, and the double arms are clamped synchronously; it is suitable for 12-40 tons of host, and has a multi-function clamp system and a replaceable standard clamp seat interface to meet the construction needs of steel sheet piles, H-shaped steel, etc.
HV-120, as shown above, this cute-looking guy is the company's newly launched HV series hydraulic vibrator model. Its cute appearance hides huge explosive power.
Its working principle is to use the exciting force generated by the pile hammer to liquefy the soil around the pile body, and complete the purpose of pile sinking with the deadweight of the pile and the vibrator. It can also add upward or downward pressure to make the pile body more efficient;
Compared with existing equipment, the mechanical structure of the hydraulic vibrator is more reasonable, and more than ten optimizations and upgrades have been made. The whole machine has a high configuration, and adopts the industry's advanced vibration reduction system and imported shock absorbers. It has the advantages of good shock absorption effect, large transmission force, and low noise.
